Bistro 54 is a family run business situated in a heritage listed cottage in the heart of Hunters Hill.

Our philosophy is to use as much as possible from our amazing country. From our locally sourced bread, to our in house churned butter, we pride ourselves on showcasing that Australia has some of the best produce you can enjoy.
